Responsibilities

Compose, type, distribute and file communications, records, and legal documents and/or instructions utilizing the firm’s resources in the most efficient manner

Interact with clients and attorneys via phone, email and in-person

Timely file all correspondence and other documents as required to maintain up-to-date records of client matters

Draft, revise and edit documents

Open and close files

Provide general support to various labor and employment attorneys

Filing, scanning and other administrative tasks as assigned

Transcribe letters and documents through digital transcription

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Strong typing and transcription experience

Minimum of 2 years administrative assistant experience; preferably in School Law
