Responsibilities
Serve as the lead financial partner to the Business Unit President
Own the business unit P&L, forecasting, and long-range planning
Shift the organization from historical reporting to proactive, decision-oriented insight
Support pricing, product, investment, and growth decisions
Lead monthly business reviews with clear insights and recommendations
Partner with centralized finance while maintaining business-unit clarity
Manage and develop a small FP&A team (2 direct reports)
Qualification
Required
A strong finance leader ready for Director-level ownership and visibility
Experience partnering closely with operators and senior leaders
Comfort owning financial performance without directly owning Accounting
An operator mindset with a bias toward action, clarity, and impact
Ability to influence decisions through insight, not just reporting
Preferred
Background in SaaS, healthcare data, or tech-enabled services
