Inside Sales Representative
Dayton T. Brown, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team at our corporate headquarters in Bohemia, NY. This role involves supporting Business Development Managers and learning the full sales life cycle, with strong potential for professional growth into a Business Development Manager position.

Responsibilities
Assist the BDM team with day-to-day sales operations
Respond to and field incoming customer inquiries and calls
Follow up on quotes and track customer feedback
Schedule and coordinate customer visits and on-site tours
Support trade show and conference preparations
Maintain and update ERP and CRM systems to ensure all activities and communications are properly documented
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (Marketing, Engineering, Contracts, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ yr. associate's degree
2+ yrs. experience in an inside sale and/or in a sales support role
Must be eager and willing to develop and learn the skills of the sales department, through attending formal training and being mentored by the experienced business development Team
Preferred
Experience within a technical environment, a plus
Technical background is a PLUS
