Responsibilities
Design and implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Build custom copilots, integrate enterprise knowledge sources, and orchestrate multi-step agent workflows
Connect with Azure AI search and apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices for scalable deployments
Qualification
Required
Copilot, Agentic AI, AI Agents, AIML, GENAI, LLM, RAG, Azure
Copilot Studio: Authoring topics, tools, connectors, and multi-channel deployment
Power Automate: Flow design, HTTP actions, Custom connectors, throttling/timeouts handling
Azure AI Search: Hybrid/vector retrieval, enrichment, reranking, and integration with copilots
ALM (Power Platform): Solutions, managed/unmanaged environments, CI/CD pipelines
Security & Governance: AAD/Entra authentication, environment variables, DLP policies
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (CSA, architects, governance leads)
Clear communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Working with Dataverse and Power Platform ALM and governance
Implementing observability (Azure Monitor, App Insights)
Exposure to Responsible AI principles and enterprise compliance frameworks
Familiarity with Agent Factory or similar operationalization frameworks
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, or Copilot Studio (preferred)
