Responsibilities
Managing client accounts and providing clear communication to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Preparing work lists for maintenance technician services and construction jobs
Conducting property walkthroughs with property managers and HOA board members to assess project requirements
Collaborating with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in customer account management, including client relationship building, communication, and service delivery management
Proficiency in estimating project scopes and preparing detailed, accurate cost estimates for maintenance or construction projects
Good organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively
Knowledge of construction and interior and exterior building maintenance is a must
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team environment
5 to 10 years minimum previous experience in the maintenance or construction industry is highly desirable
Preferred
Proficient in computer skills including project management software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
Bi-lingual is an advantage
