Responsibilities

Review resumes and help identify qualified candidates for open roles
Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email and LinkedIn
Assist with prescreening candidates to assess interest and basic qualifications
Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Partner with recruiters to learn sourcing strategies and role requirements
Support multiple openings while learning how to prioritize workloads
Track sourcing activity and help report on pipeline progress
Gain exposure to recruiting tools, data tracking, and candidate communication best practices

Required

Current college student (HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Interest in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or operations
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

No prior recruiting experience required — training provided. Experience with LinkedIn, resume screening, or campus recruiting
Interest in security, intelligence, or protective services
Familiarity with Excel, data tracking, or analytics tools
