Responsibilities

Install, service, and upgrade access control and intercom systems in residential and commercial environments
Manage installations from start to finish, including system programming, testing, and commissioning
Program and test access control systems to ensure proper functionality and reliability
Provide customer training on system use and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized access control solutions
Operate company vehicles and job site equipment (scissor lift, boom lift, etc.)
Deliver flawless service and professional workmanship on every project

Required

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with access control and intercom systems
Proven ability to complete installations independently from start to finish, including programming
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Physically capable of carrying a 20-ft ladder
Physically capable of lifting up to 35 lbs
Physically capable of operating scissor lifts and boom lifts

Preferred

Experience with 2N intercom systems strongly preferred
Experience with Brivo and ICT access control systems is highly preferred
Experience with IP-based camera systems and burglar alarm systems
Networking experience configuring routers, switches, modems
Wireless access points
Network switches and NVRs
Experience installing, servicing, and upgrading DVR/NVR hardware, software, and firmware
