Responsibilities
Conduct project initiation activities to identify current-state and future-state business and system requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and validate requirements
Develop clear, concise, and complete Requirements Definition documents
Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions
Perform process mapping and assist in defining new processes for the Evoke platform
Facilitate and document stakeholder meetings, workshops, and decision points
Ensure requirements documentation adheres to agency standards and best practices
Assist project leadership in developing standardized templates and documentation processes
Partner with DHP Procurement to translate requirements into a Statement of Work (SOW)
Support planning activities related to the COTS to SaaS / Low-Code migration
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in business analysis, requirements documentation, SDLC, and Agile application development (4+ years)
8+ years of experience defining and documenting user requirements from multiple sources
8+ years of experience defining, documenting, and mapping business processes
8+ years of experience conducting meetings and documenting project decisions
4+ years of experience working with COTS applications and platforms
2+ years of experience working with SaaS applications and platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional project teams
