Responsibilities

Support the Executive Director in leading the ATA Chicago team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
Maintain and enhance ATA’s analytical tools and processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives
Analyze market trends and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to adapt strategies and ensure compliance
Prepare and present clear updates, reports, and actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders
Mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development and growth

Required

6+ years' experience, with a strong quantitative background and experience in technical teams within a banking or financial services environment
Solid product knowledge across corporate treasury, or wholesale banking products, with an interest in expanding expertise across new business lines
Experience in treasury analytics or similar roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in banking product and financial data
Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work across diverse teams and stakeholders
Committed to mentoring and developing junior talent
Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Proficient in Python programming and familiar with cloud-based platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake

Preferred

Experience supporting similar functions within a global banking environment
Familiarity with financial modeling and optimization tools
Advanced degree such as an MSc in Mathematical Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related field
