Responsibilities

Be a strategic partner to the marketing team—understanding their data needs, analyzing performance, and delivering recommendations that improve profitability and efficiency

Serve as lead analyst on marketing analytics team with potential to have 2-3 direct reports

Create insight-first dashboards and reports in Power BI that go beyond visualization—highlighting key trends, revealing opportunities, and guiding action

Turn data into narratives by presenting clear, compelling insights that influence business leaders and long-term strategy

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets across warehouses and external sources

Troubleshoot and optimize reporting processes, improving efficiency and ensuring seamless access to the data teams need

Act as a subject matter expert on data assets, helping stakeholders unlock the full value of our data resources

Required

Bachelor's degree in Math, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field

3–5 years of digital marketing analytics/eCommerce analytics/web analytics experience with a track record of delivering insights that drive measurable impact

Expertise in Power BI (2–3 years) or other leading BI visualization tools

Strong SQL skills for creating and running queries (2–3 years)

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership and influencing business outcomes

Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns, forecast trends, and recommend action

Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Preferred
