Responsibilities

Complete the daily New Loan Edit process by reviewing loans boarded the previous business day for completeness and accuracy, ensuring documentation complies with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and loan approval conditions

Verify all post-closing loan documents are accurate and in order

Confirm all perfection items are complete and correctly recorded to ensure the Bank maintains a secured position

Monitor workflow requests to update and maintain records of required documentation on all loans within the loan tracking system

Required

High school diploma or GED

Experience in loan servicing, financial services, or a related field, including familiarity with loan documentation, terminology, and banking regulations

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally, and externally

Organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines in a deadline-driven environment

Desire to be involved in the community

Preferred

Minimum two (2) years of experience in loan servicing, financial services, or a related field, including familiarity with loan documentation, terminology, and banking regulations

Experience with Jack Henry and loan document tracking systems
