Responsibilities
Site operations, policies and procedures; Educational/vocational departments; Safety, health and welfare of staff and students; Clinical services, education, vocation and health and welfare 'Best'; Chairperson for site Management Meeting; Oversees delivery of the Rite of Passage daily program
Assists the Program Director with managing the budget, site expenditures, Position Control Roster, and reporting
Training and continuous development of site management team. Ensure training compliance (Pre-Service, Ops, OJT, and In-Service). Employee Evaluation Discipline and/or corrective action; Ensures proper staffing levels are maintained within established Position Control Roster standards
Qualification
Required
Have a BA/BS in related field
Have experience working with the Department of Juvenile Justice in Florida
Have a minimum of four years of related experience in residential facility management
Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Preferred
master's degree preferred
