NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Finance Manager to provide financial leadership and analytical expertise to drive strategic initiatives. This role focuses on delivering actionable financial insights and supporting transformation projects to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders and strategic teams to develop financial models and analyses that support evaluation and prioritization of key strategic initiatives
Provide detailed financial and operational analytics to inform enterprise-wide strategic planning and decision-making processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on the financial progress of transformation initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities for course correction
Support development of annual and long-range financial plans aligned with strategic objectives
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to strategic business transformation projects
Identify financial trends and performance drivers to recommend tactical and strategic actions that improve business outcomes
Assist in designing and implementing disciplined financial processes to execute and track strategic initiatives
Contribute to talent development within the finance team by coaching and mentoring staff
Enhance communication of financial results and strategic priorities across the organization through clear presentations and reports
Align financial management activities with GPC’s core values, promoting a team-centric and servant leadership culture

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in finance roles such as financial analysis, strategic planning, corporate finance, or consulting
Demonstrated experience supporting strategic initiatives through financial analytics and cross-functional collaboration
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering impactful results in a fast-paced environment
Effective communicator with strong presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Self-motivated and team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

Preferred

MBA strongly preferred
Strong presentation skills in PowerPoint preferred
Understanding of GPC's history, business model, and culture is beneficial
