Responsibilities

Lead and serve as the primary resource for all video, photography, and editing needs for internal communications

Shoot and edit high-quality video content for firmwide initiatives and campaigns

Oversee the production process from pre-production planning through to final delivery

Manage camera operations, lighting setups, and sound recording for diverse projects

Support technical aspects of video production across multiple platforms

Lead multimedia projects from concept to completion

Stay current with trends in video production and editing

Qualification

Required

Strong videography and photography skills

Experience operating DSLR and video cameras

Advanced video editing proficiency

Experience with professional lighting techniques and equipment

Knowledge of sound recording, editing, and audio post-production

Understanding of various video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Media Encoder; After Effects) or similar tools

Preferred

Experience with podcast production

Basic graphic design knowledge

Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
