Responsibilities

Facilitates assigned improvement projects and initiatives by partnering with Director and business owners to establish project goals and expected benefits, timelines, and key milestones, then, with guidance from Industrial Engineering staff, drives projects forward through completion, ensuring that expected benefits are realized

Collaborate with other system industrial engineering resources, performance improvement staff, and EPMO team members to assist with current to future state design, change management, implementation planning, simulation, and statistical modeling

Performs other duties as assigned

Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct

Required

High School Diploma General

Minimum 1 year At Least 1st Year Complete with Bachelor's of Industrial Engineering program at an accredited university ( complete) Required

Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Interested in an industrial engineering position in healthcare

Process Improvement - understanding core processes and tools to improve them

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Statistical Analysis software, and simulation software a plus

Experience working with cross-functional teams
