Responsibilities

Electrical and Physical design of EM/Microwave components and circuits
Working with RF/packaging/CAD/Process engineering multi-functional teams to architect and develop future RF on chip passives

Qualification

Electromagnetic theoryMicrowave engineeringEM passive designsEM simulation toolsOn-wafer measurementVNA usageTDR usageLCR meters usageCommunication skills

Required

Electrical and Physical design of EM/Microwave components and circuits
Working with RF/packaging/CAD/Process engineering multi-functional teams to architect and develop future RF on chip passives

Preferred

Demonstrates deep knowledge on electromagnetic theory, microwave engineering and antenna engineering
Proficiency with EM passive designs and familiarity with EM simulation tools like HFSS, EMX, or Momentum. Experience on chip EM modeling is helpful
Familiar with on-wafer measurement, have experience using VNA, TDR, LCR meters etc
Excellent academic background with industry related work experience beyond graduate school studies
Good written and verbal communication skills
