Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end RMCS implementation, including design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
Conduct fit-gap analysis and gather detailed business and revenue recognition requirements
Configure Oracle RMCS components: Revenue Contracts & Contract Lines, Performance Obligations & Satisfaction Events, Standalone Selling Prices (SSP), Revenue Allocation, Scheduling & Adjustments, Revenue Recognition rules
Ensure compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 principles through accurate setup of revenue recognition logic and processes
Integrate RMCS with related Oracle Cloud modules (AR, Order Management, Billing, Subledger Accounting, General Ledger, Projects)
Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation of revenue-related transactions
Create functional design documentation, solution blueprints, test plans, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and post-go-live stabilization
Support reporting and analytics related to revenue recognition and compliance
Provide ongoing support and enhancements post implementation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related field
Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards
4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud RMCS or related revenue modules
Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Oracle RMCS
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (AR, GL, Subledger Accounting)
Experience with fit-gap analysis, business requirement gathering, and solution design
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Oracle Cloud Certification in RMCS or Financials
Experience with integration tools like OIC, FBDI, and Web Services
Familiarity with Accounting Hub and BI reporting tools
Experience in subscription, usage-based, or consumption billing environments
