Responsibilities

Support and maintain Work Management (ARM), GIS, WMIS, and MDS applications to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency in utility operations
Install, configure, test, and implement enterprise applications, applying patches and updates across Windows, Linux, and Citrix systems
Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications to meet evolving business needs across multiple units
Develop and maintain functional and technical design documentation aligned with business processes
Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams on server builds, OS patching, hardware tuning, backups, and database schema updates
Troubleshoot and resolve application/system issues, providing end-user support for Electric and Gas Business Areas
Integrate GIS, WMIS, MDS, and other enterprise systems with SAP, OMS, and other platforms
Participate in 24/7 support rotations and work outside regular hours as needed to support business operations
Contribute to process improvements and project initiatives to optimize system performance and reliability

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; proven work experience may substitute for degree
Experience as a programmer/analyst supporting enterprise solutions
Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining software in Windows and UNIX environments
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with multiple departments
Flexibility to work in various locations, including field, construction sites, and main office
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Experience developing mobile and web applications
Familiarity with ESRI's ArcGIS suite (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Dashboards) and Schneider Electric's ArcFM products
Experience with CGI's ARM Work Management System and ABB's Service Suite for Field Mobility Operations
Knowledge of SAP/ERP integration
Scripting experience with Citrix, Windows, UNIX Shell, Python, Oracle PL/SQL, ArcGIS SDE, and Geometric and Utility Networks
