Responsibilities
Driving, validating, and delivering test solutions
Developing critically important test solutions that directly impact the quality of consumer facing applications
Planning, designing, writing, maintaining and performing end-end test cases (manual and automation)
Driving all aspects of quality and process improvements to help ensure features are rock-solid and ready for release
Reporting bugs with outstanding isolation and regression techniques
Managing priorities and communicating progress and risks effectively and systematically
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering
A strong understanding of unit, integration, and regression test methodologies
Experience working with Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch etc.)
Work within strict deadlines
Collect, analyze, and present results at regular cadence
Proactive at navigating a dynamic environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating across many participating teams
Strong problem solving and debugging skills along with a diligent mindset
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
Preferred
Self directed, analytical and work well in a large cross-functional environment
Passionate about learning new skills and technologies quickly and independently
Proficient in resolving complex failures using advanced debugging techniques
Motivated by solving complex challenges
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Self-starter with leadership capabilities
Familiarity with quality engineering environments and test data pipelines
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction and design decisions from a quality perspective
Experience using Apple's automation framework: XCTest, XCUI
Experience in Swift/SwiftUI or Objective-C development in test skills
Experience in one or more scripting languages, such as Python
