RLDatix is on a mission to help raise the standard of care in healthcare. They are seeking a part-time Receptionist to interact with visitors and perform administrative actions to ensure smooth daily operations of their Chicago office.

Responsibilities

Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and employees, creating a professional and friendly first impression

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, ensuring accurate and timely communication

Assist with scheduling meetings, ordering and coordinating meals, preparing documents, and managing shared calendars

Support internal teams with routine tasks and participate in administrative projects as requested

Coordinate and complete various tasks with building management

Track and route incoming mail, packages, and deliveries

Required

Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist position, or similar role that has familiarized you with a corporate office setting

Proven success communicating with a variety of individuals while maintaining a positive, welcoming attitude

A knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and strong attention to detail

In-depth knowledge on how to utilize the Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work in our downtown Chicago office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8am-5pm, while open to additional hours for special events agreed upon in advance

Must be able to lift 20-25 lbs
