Management Analyst
DLA Careers is seeking a Management Analyst to serve as the Site manpower support liaison for all personnel matters. The role involves monitoring full-time equivalents, processing personnel requests, and providing recommendations based on program analysis to senior management.

Responsibilities
Serves as the Site manpower support liaison for all personnel matters and processes all request for personnel actions
Monitors full-time equivalents (FTE), labor and non-labor execution against approved funding levels for senior management
Responsible for overall civilian personnel interaction to include processing personnel requests (SF52s) and processing of new employees
Performs analysis of differences, prepares reports and presentations to senior management
Provide recommendations for modifications based on program analysis performed to appropriate managers
Maintains suspense on extensions, coordinating with supervisors to ensure that dates are met
Serves as the control point for receipt and processing of all promotion registers, ensuring completion is in accordance with existing regulations and processed to HR

Appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination, where reciprocity cannot be applied; unfavorably adjudicated background checks will be grounds for removal

Selective Service Requirement: Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service

To qualify based on education in lieu of specialized experience, you must possess: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M., if related
One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position
Applicants must meet eligibility requirements, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement
Apply and adapt a wide range of manpower, human resources, organization control theories, principles and practices to make organizational change and recommendations
Analyze extensive program data/interrelationships and coordinate the preparation of accurate and viable program plans and proposals
Prepare and present recommendations and solutions regarding complex issues based on analysis and evaluation
Combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements for grade levels GS-11
