Reviews and processes moderately complex transactions; reviews requests for proper documentation and authorization; performs necessary research in account history

May perform quality checks of transaction processed by other team members. Identifies and takes action on errors; researches and implements prevention plans to minimize similar errors in the future; maintains departmental standards for quality and productivity

Works with more senior associates on projects designed to improve business processes. Proactively identifies and recommends areas where improvements to straightforward transaction processing or client support can be improved

Continues to develop knowledge of clients and client requirements. Works to develop mastery over firm policies and practices and identifies issues and areas of improvement where applicable

Communicates either verbally or in writing with clients
