Responsibilities
Build and fine-tune transformer-based models (GPT, BERT, etc.)
Extend internal LLM frameworks with the latest research advances
Prepare and preprocess text datasets for training
Implement MLOps best practices for scalable deployment
Integrate LLM models into core platform services
Stay current on LLM/NLP advancements and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years ML experience focused on NLP and LLMs
Bachelor's degree
Strong skills in Python and Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Experience with MLOps tools (MLFlow, Kubeflow, etc.)
Strong communication skills and a learning mindset
Preferred
Master's degree
