Responsibilities
Develop and articulate a clear plan and strategic approach for our digital transformation initiatives
Collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation goals, priorities, and success metrics
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex transformation programs, and build the proposed roadmap for change
Engage and effectively leverage supporting resources in the organization and external consultants/advisors
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, building awareness, understanding, and support for transformation initiatives
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate transformation plans, gather feedback, and build consensus
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in transformation initiatives, change management, or management consulting
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale transformation initiatives
Experience with various change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required
Preferred
Demonstrated passion for driving positive change and improving organizational performance
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Knowledge of the digital/e-commerce landscape and evolving technology
Proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to achieve positive outcomes
