Support plant maintenance activities through hands-on learning and mentorship
Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing mechanical systems and equipment
Participate in planning and executing preventive maintenance programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability
Contribute to safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Qualification
Required
A strong foundation in mechanical or industrial engineering principles gained through college or university studies
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive learning mindset
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, industrial environment
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Willingness to relocate or travel as needed for training and development or future placement
