Responsibilities
You have experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Responsibilities also include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional and Technical issues of complex and critical service requests
The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a technical and functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer
Passionate about customer service, with a strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong logical thinker with problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
Excellent communication skills. You can clearly explain complex technical concepts
Willing to work at the customer site in Falls Church, VA. No remote work
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud product / solutions
Expertise in implementing and/or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Applications
Proficient in HCM modules, including but not limited to Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent and Absence
Some experience with Redwood UI rollouts
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences, from executives to technical specialists
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing and adapting action plans
