Regional Sales Manager

Alliance Consumer Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to implement and execute sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and market penetration. Responsibilities

Implement and execute sales strategies developed by the Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and market penetration within your assigned customer base
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure quotas are met or exceeded
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and adjust strategies accordingly
Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecast sales and revenue projections, and monitor expenses to optimize profitability
Lead and manage a team of remote Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, implementing effective onboarding processes and ongoing development programs
Conduct regular performance evaluations to motivate and retain top talent
Leverage advanced communication tools and techniques to maintain team cohesion and effectiveness in a remote environment
Oversee and optimize the sales process, ensuring alignment with the overall sales strategy and maximizing efficiency and conversion rates
Utilize CRM systems, sales technologies, and other digital tools to streamline operations and enhance team performance
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices across the sales organization
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and market dynamics
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to build brand awareness and foster new business opportunities
Work closely with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with company initiatives and drive integrated solutions
Provide valuable market insights and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall business performance and customer experience

Required

5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in leading remote teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience, certifications, or proven skills
Demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) to inform decision-making
Familiarity with AI-driven sales technologies and digital communication platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for effective reporting, presentations, and communication
Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in motivating and developing remote sales teams
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Strong presentation skills, comfortable with delivering pitches and training sessions virtually
Demonstrated ability to maintain professional conduct in video meetings, including clear communication, appropriate attire, and effective use of virtual collaboration tools
