Operational Excellence Coordinator

The Operational Excellence Coordinator is responsible for ensuring system adherence and performance improvement across departments, while coordinating quality management and improvement initiatives.

AutomotiveInterior Design

Responsibilities

Initial Implementation (IATF, QMS, CSR Ex. FormelQ, JLRQ…) coordinator to ensure that all departments meet automotive requirements
QMS KPIs monitoring in monthly basis with action plans for deviations
Maintenance (changes implementation) and monitoring of System Health in every department
Internal / External Audits (IATF certification audits, customer audits Ex.VDA, etc)
Creation of improvement culture and environment inside the plant at all levels (IDEA/im3/ Recognition)
Transversal plan coordination to achieve industrial Budget (VAVE, CSO, Supply chain improvement)
Methodology knowledge guarantor at all levels (VSM, Kaizen, PSE, LEAN, MPS)
Support to the UET leaders for production excellence

Required

Bachelor's Level Degree in Engineering
5-9 Minimum Years of Experience with Engineering
5-9 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry
Language Required: English (Fluency with Reading, Writing, Speaking)
Quality System: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Quality requirements
Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS): Understand, apply and meet all function-related EHS requirements
Product Safety: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Product Safety requirements
Compliance: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Compliance requirements
Information Security: Understand, apply and meet all function-related IT / Information Security and confidentiality of Antolin information requirements
Must comply with all company policies and procedures
Employee must have the ability to work additional hours and / or overtime as needed or assigned to complete job duties on time
Ability to multitask, interact politely and professionally with customers, suppliers and vendors, and work cooperatively with employees at all levels
Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned location ready to work for assignment
Travel Required: 25-50%
