Responsibilities
Manage all phases of commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement
Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, change orders, and quality assurance
Coordinate closely with Superintendents, field staff, design partners, and owners
Drive OAC meetings and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track with schedule, budget, and quality goals
Build strong client and trade-partner relationships to support repeat business and regional growth
Qualification
Required
7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Experience managing ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, subcontractors, and project documentation
Ability to collaborate effectively with Superintendents and cross-functional teams
A solutions-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Willingness to travel approximately 20% across the Southeast
