Accurately maintain records

Assist with general office needs

Perform all duties as requested in a professional, confidential manner

Maintain/clean front desk, admin offices, and lobby area

Log visitors and answer questions from walk in interviewees

Schedule uniform deliveries and pick ups

Maintain spreadsheets for inventory of uniforms

Know how to operate a multi-line phone
