Lead and support sales representatives across Northern Utah and Idaho
Develop strategies to grow sales in public, commercial, and residential markets
Maintain strong industry relationships and represent the company at industry events
Monitor market conditions, pricing, and competitor activity; provide regular reporting to management
Prepare and follow up on bids, proposals, and contracts
Oversee the sales process from project identification through completion
Train and mentor sales staff in product knowledge, customer service, and sales execution
Support quality, logistics, and plant teams to resolve customer issues
Assist with collections, scale operations, and customer account management
Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and expense reporting
Qualification
Required
