Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of large-scale GIS projects, ensuring quality and innovation

Develop enterprise GIS systems and custom automation tools using Python and ModelBuilder

Manage field data collection and advanced geospatial analysis for site selection, routing, and permitting

Act as a trusted advisor, supporting proposals, presentations, and strategic planning

Identify opportunities to evolve GIS services aligned with client sustainability goals

Mentor junior staff, foster collaboration, and lead a team of 2–4 GIS professionals

Share knowledge through technical communities and thought leadership

Promote ERM’s technical excellence at conferences and client events

Drive innovation in GIS workflows and service offerings

Apply commercial acumen to support project budgeting and risk management
