Purcell Tire & Rubber Co is dedicated to handling credit applications and inquiries while providing support to their A/R manager and store managers. The role involves managing credit applications, responding to inquiries, and assisting with payment applications and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Input new credit application when approved

Respond to credit inquiries from other vendors

Perform payment application issues

Provide assistance to corporate staff members as needed

Post Lock Box

Post credit card payments

Maintain Sales Tax exemption forms for customers

Provide W-9 forms to customers upon request

Regular attendance in accordance with assigned schedule

Ability to perform physical requirements as listed in job description

Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management

Minimum Education: High School

Phone Systems – Ability to operate phone systems for the effective communication of information to interested parties
