This role oversees operational and administrative support in a centralized scheduling office, ensuring adequate staffing coverage throughout the facility on a daily basis.

Demonstrates ability to organize and work under pressure balancing a variety of priorities

Preferred

Experience in automated data systems is preferred

Prior experience in administrative duties in a fast paced highly stressful environment which required precision and detail work is preferred

Experience in handling confidential and sensitive matters is preferred

Bilingual

Veteran or veteran spouse

Ability to generate reports from various software systems preferred

Prior work experience performing administrative duties in a fast-paced, stressful environment where precision and detailed work is essential is preferred
