They are seeking a Project Manager/Estimator with experience in commercial/residential restoration to join a growing and well-established commercial restoration company.

Required

3-5+ years of experience in Project Management or Estimating
High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor's degree preferred
IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
Commercial/Residential construction experience
Background in reconstruction/mitigation
Highly-motivated and proactive
Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
Willing to travel
Proficient in Xactimate
Strong multi-tasking and collaboration skills
Highly structured, organized, and disciplined
Self-motivated - avoids complacency ('snowball effect')

Preferred

Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience preferred
5+ years using Xactimate
2+ years with insurance estimating programs (e.g., XactAnalysis)
2+ years of 'write and run' experience (estimating, project management, contractor coordination)
Prior insurance adjuster background preferred
IICRC certifications (WRT, FRT) are a bonus
Experience can substitute for formal certifications
