Business Support Administrator

Support delivery of the GP Contract across NHSGGC
Responsible for the day to day administration tasks
Playing a key role in supporting the business of GMS Contract Team based within Primary Care Support
Qualification
Required
An in-depth knowledge of administration systems, processes and procedures to perform the role
Experience in all aspects of administration, including data handling, and an ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
Work experience in a healthcare environment either primary or secondary care
Knowledge of the GP Contract, General Practice and their systems
The ability to work under pressure and be responsive to ad-hoc requests
Good communication, negotiation and support skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
