Responsibilities
Lead development and optimization of LLMs and MoE architectures
Integrate ML models into production environments in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Conduct research to improve model performance, efficiency, and scalability
Stay current with the latest AI/ML advancements and apply them to real-world use cases
Mentor junior engineers and help establish best practices
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
6+ years of ML experience with strong knowledge of LLMs or MoEs
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML tooling
Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation
