Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Business Operations and the Senior HR Coordinator with the College financial and human resource functions
Support financial management by preparing, monitoring, and amending budgets in alignment with policies and award restrictions
Review and approve requisitions, P-Cards, spend authorizations, expense reports and general account support
Provide training and guidance to departments regarding account reconciliations
Serve as the college trainer for staff and faculty
Have approval authority for administrative business processes
Audit human resource reports for compliance
Be responsible for oversight, tracking and coordination of all faculty and staff recruitments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and two years (2) of related experience OR a Master's Degree and one (1) year of related experience
A combination of fiscal and human resources experience
Preferred
Experience with Workday
