Manage the sales process from trip intake through booking
Hand off post-booking execution to internal support teams
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience as a Jet Charter Broker / Charter Sales Broker
A portable book of business that flies at least once per month on average
Proven ability to source, quote, and close private jet charter trips end-to-end
Strong client communication and relationship management
Self-motivated and effective working independently in a remote environment
Comfortable supporting client needs beyond standard business hours when required
Preferred
3+ years jet charter brokering experience
Strong operator/network relationships and fast sourcing capability
Experience handling complex itineraries (multi-leg, international, last-minute)
High lead responsiveness and strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable adopting new tools/technology to increase speed and accuracy
