Responsibilities
Build core platform features including prompt orchestration, analytics, dashboards, and telephony integrations
Design and ship scalable full-stack systems (React, TypeScript, Node.js / Python)
Own projects end-to-end: architecture, implementation, deployment, and iteration
Create intuitive interfaces and APIs that enable customers to onboard in hours
Debug production issues and turn customer feedback into product improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a software engineer (Full-Stack)
Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, AWS and Node.js or Python
Startup mindset with high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and strong communication skills
CS/CE degree or equivalent hands-on experience
Take ownership like a founder and enjoy solving problems across the stack
Communicate clearly and collaborate well in small, high-performing teams
Track record of staying and growing with teams (not frequent short stints)
