Responsibilities

Build a QMS system architecture based on the organizational structure

Establish quality system documents (including quality manual) based on factory requirements and company background, responsible for organizing the related functions for the procedure document cross checking and sign-off, keep running

Organize internal quality system audits and management reviews, coordinating with third-party training and certification agency, organizing certification documents submission, and in charge of certification audits until certificate release

Identify trends and potential issues and propose preventive measures to reduce risks

Organize root cause analysis of quality issues, promote and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures

Develop standard inspection guidelines

Maintain clear records of all quality activities, including quality reports, audit records, and corrective measures

Track industry best practices and quality standards and promotes factory quality systems and process optimization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

US Citizenship or a Greencard

3+ years of experience in quality engineering in manufacturing industry, with priority given to those with experience in battery or automotive battery industry

Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Proficient in quality tools, especially in APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA

Better if familiar with VDA6.3
