People Operations Analyst

Evolve is on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and they are seeking a People Operations Analyst to support the design and delivery of systems and processes that shape the employee experience. This role involves data analysis, systems administration, and operational support to enhance the People Operations function and align it with company objectives.

Responsibilities

Analyze and report on key People metrics, including diversity, turnover, and recruitment data, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to People and Leadership teams
Support the development and maintenance of People insights dashboards to inform data-driven decision-making
Ensure compliance with internal, company, and regulatory reporting requirements
Support the administration of People systems such as Betterworks (engagement surveys, performance reviews, goal setting) and integrations with Rippling
Maintain accurate teammate profiles in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment across platforms
Maintain and update People team SOPs and process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance
Manage key operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employment verifications, ensuring a positive and compliant experience for all employees
Assist with general People team inquiries via internal chat and email, providing timely and accurate support
Support the design and implementation of company-wide People programs (e.g., performance management, goal setting, engagement, recognition) to ensure alignment with business priorities and culture
Partner with the People Operations leader to evaluate and enhance key lifecycle processes (onboarding, development, mobility, offboarding), ensuring efficiency and scalability

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics, or a similar HR support role
Proficiency with HR systems such as Rippling, Betterworks, Greenhouse, or comparable platforms
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting business needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Working knowledge of HR compliance best practices

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
