Jet Health, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director for their Home Health offices in Denton, TX. The Executive Director will manage and lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient functioning and coordination of office activities to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Organize and direct the day-to-day operations of the office

Implement and supervise administrative policies and service provisions

Ensure the efficient functioning and coordination of all office activities to provide the highest level of professional patient/client care

Plan, direct and evaluate operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and services

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Demonstrate strong budgeting and organizational management skills

Implement governing body directives and ensure that appropriate service policies are developed and implemented

Recruit, employ and retain qualified personnel to maintain appropriate staffing levels

Establish and maintain effective channels of communication

Ensure program personnel have current clinical information and practices, and ensure that a clinical manager is available during all operating hours

Direct and monitor organizational performance improvement activities

Ensure staff development including orientation, in-service education, continuing education, and evaluation of staff

Assure that skilled nursing and other therapeutic services furnished are under the supervision and direction of a physician or registered nurse

Licensed physician

licensed nursing home administrator (with an undergraduate degree) highly preferred but not required

Must have experience in health service administration, with at least 2 years of managerial leadership experience in home health care or a health-related setting

Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel

Alternatively, an undergraduate degree with at least two years of management or supervisory experience in a health-related setting is acceptable

Planning, directing and evaluating operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and services

Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Strong budgeting and organizational management skills
