Responsibilities

Teaching courses at the undergraduate level, delivering experiential and applied learning to students
Teaching may include online and/or face-to-face courses and service activities
Engaging in scholarly research leading to publication in quality journals
Contributing in the further development and growth of the Marketing program at Western Carolina University
Participating in and/or developing a collaborative working environment

Qualification

Master's degree in marketingMarketing industry experienceUniversity level teachingDiversity commitmentTeam-orientedCollaborative environment

Required

Master's degree in marketing or closely related business field from an appropriately accredited institution that satisfies credentialing under both AACSB and SACSCOC
Candidates must be team-oriented and willing to work in a highly energized and collaborative environment
Successful candidates must be committed to working with diverse student and community populations

Preferred

Preference will be given to candidates with marketing industry experience and university level teaching experience
