Trade Marketing Manager

Elevated Brands Group is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to support the growth of their trade, designer, and B2B customer segments across RugsDirect.com and Lightopia.com. This role involves building and executing segment-specific trade marketing plans and collaborating closely with the Sales team to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue.

Responsibilities

Own the development of trade marketing strategy by segment, including Interior Designers, Hospitality, Builders, GPOs, and Commercial Trade
Shape and refine Elevated Brands Group’s trade program to create a clear and defensible competitive advantage across both brands
Define priorities, campaigns, and initiatives that align trade marketing efforts with sales and revenue goals
Identify gaps and opportunities within the current trade experience and recommend improvements to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
Execute the trade marketing strategy through hands on campaign development, coordination, and launch
Partner closely with Sales to translate strategy into actionable programs that support outreach, pipeline growth, and deal conversion
Build and deploy trade focused campaigns, promotions, onboarding journeys, and sales enablement materials
Ensure initiatives move from concept to execution efficiently, with strong follow-through and accountability
Identify, evaluate, and test trade lead-generation opportunities, including third-party marketing lists, partnerships, and inbound programs to accelerate qualified trade pipeline growth
Work together with the Sales team to support trade acquisition, activation, and retention efforts
Create and execute campaigns that support Sales outreach, including promotions, incentives, product spotlights, and seasonal initiatives
Partner with Sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with real-time sales priorities and feedback from the field
Play a key role in shaping, refining, and evolving Elevated Brands Group’s trade program to create a clear and sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace
Continuously evaluate trade benefits, incentives, tools, and messaging to ensure they are differentiated, compelling, and aligned with the needs of each trade segment
Partner with Sales and Leadership to identify gaps in the current trade experience and recommend enhancements that drive loyalty, conversion, and long-term account growth
Monitor competitor trade programs and industry trends to inform ongoing improvements and innovation within the RugsDirect.com and Lightopia.com trade offerings
Stay up to date on new technologies in the space to continuously offer our customers tools on the cutting edge of technology
Execute trade-focused marketing campaigns across email, CRM, digital assets, and sales enablement tools
Create, manage and evaluate AI driven marketing outreach campaigns via Apollo.ai
Support onboarding and nurture programs for new trade accounts
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives
Evaluate and recommend marketing lists
Track and report on campaign performance, trade engagement, and conversion metrics
Use insights to refine trade marketing strategies and improve effectiveness over time
Support CRM and trade data initiatives to improve segmentation, targeting, and visibility
Roll out a unified trade program across RugsDirect.com and Lightopia.com while respecting each brand’s unique positioning
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to scale trade initiatives efficiently
Assist with special projects related to trade growth, sales enablement, and marketing automation

Required

2–4 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, B2B marketing, or sales enablement (eCommerce experience preferred)
Strong organizational and project management skills with a bias toward execution
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and translate data into action
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal

Preferred

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar) a plus
