Responsibilities
Provides guidance, under limited supervision, on hardware and software asset management for the global infrastructure environment
Gathering business requirements
Reviewing the current hardware and software environment
Working closely with support teams
Provide functional support to the IT Asset Manager, the business and other support teams in hardware and software inventory compliance
Provide support, controlling and overseeing monthly and annual hardware inventory requirements
Controlling, and approved software inventory and compliance to avoid security risk and legal pitfalls related to hardware and software asset management
Understanding and leveraging industry best practices for all IT asset types
Have contact with other company departments as well as outside vendors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred, optimally with 3-5 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Warehouse Inventory Management
Hardware asset management accreditation (CHAMP, CSAM and CITAD preferred or equivalent)
ITIL version 3 accreditation
Solid Understanding of: Microsoft Office Applications, Office365, One-Drive, Microsoft Teams, Windows 10 OS, Windows 11 OS a plus, Android OS, iOS, Intune, ITIL Service Management through Service Now
Preferred
Bilingual is a plus
