Solid Understanding of: Service Now

Android OS, iOS
Qualification
Required
Hardware asset management accreditation (CHAMP, CSAM and CITAD preferred or equivalent)
ITIL version 3 accreditation
Solid Understanding of: Microsoft Office Applications
Solid Understanding of: Office365, One-Drive
Solid Understanding of: Microsoft Teams
Solid Understanding of: Windows 10 OS, Windows 11 OS a plus
Solid Understanding of: Android OS, iOS
Solid Understanding of: Intune
Solid Understanding of: ITIL Service Management through Service Now
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred, optimally with 0-2 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Warehouse Inventory Management
