Channel Account Manager

The Channel Account Manager is responsible for managing channel partners and executing the company’s channel strategy to drive revenue and partner engagement.
Responsibilities
Recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing channel partners who sell, install, and support our client solutions and cloud software licenses
Driving partner engagement, generating revenue, and expanding our presence in priority verticals such as hospitality, higher education, senior living, and MDU
Supporting pipeline development and ensuring partner success from acquisition through active selling
Qualification
Required

Strong business acumen
Technical aptitude
Hunter mindset for partner recruitment
Experience in recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing channel partners
Ability to drive partner engagement and generate revenue
Experience in executing channel strategy
Familiarity with priority verticals such as hospitality, higher education, senior living, and MDU
Ability to support pipeline development
Experience working closely with sales organizations
