RF Scientist, TS/SCI with CI Poly - $145K-$210K + 15% 401k

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and deep expertise in SIGINT, RF signal processing, and digital signal processing to guide mission-critical operations
Lead and mentor a diverse team of analysts and engineers across multiple concurrent projects and operational taskings
Translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable insights for leadership, mission partners, and stakeholders at all levels
Drive technical strategy and approach for RF collection, analysis, and exploitation activities
Collaborate across organizational boundaries to solve challenging SIGINT problems and deliver operational impact
Present technical findings, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior leadership and external partners
Foster a collaborative team environment while maintaining operational readiness and technical excellence
Qualification
Required
Current TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field (or equivalent professional experience)
6+ years of relevant SIGINT/RF/DSP experience (or 4+ years with a Master's degree)
Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams or projects
Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset
Ability to work on-site at one of the following locations - Virginia: Fairfax, Chantilly, McLean, Sterling, or Colorado: Colorado Springs
Preferred
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in relevant technical discipline
Experience with RF signal collection, processing, and analysis systems
Proficiency with signal processing tools and programming languages (MATLAB, Python, C++, etc.)
Background in software-defined radio (SDR), modulation/demodulation techniques, or communications intelligence
Familiarity with SIGINT collection architectures and operational workflows
Experience working in fast-paced operational environments supporting government customers
Track record of mentoring junior team members and building technical capability
