Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize Workday system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related technical issues and service requests
Manage and coordinate Workday updates, releases, and enhancements in coordination with HR, Finance, IT teams and other Stakeholders
Develop and support Workday integrations with third-party systems
Ensure compliance with security policies and data governance best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and system efficiencies
Provide training and technical support for users
Follow change control policies and procedures for application migrations from non-production to production environments
Minor programming and development
Participate in internal and external audits and produce audit documentation and reports as necessary
Provide excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years' experience as a Business, Systems or Technical Analyst
US citizenship is required to obtain security clearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
Proficient troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze system performance
Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs, and web services is a plus
Strong consensus building, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and business functions
Excellent coordination, documentation and organization skills
Effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture and comfortable with ambiguity
Self-directed and highly motivated
Ability to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience with Workday system administration, configurations, and integrations
Experience with Accounting, Finance, Budgeting, HRMS, ITIL applications
